- Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends & holidays observed in Türkiye.
- Once your order and payment details are verified, we will prepare your items for dispatch.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is confirmed by Marfa.
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays are expected, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
- For orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, all taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
- For other orders, additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on local regulations
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the relevant authorities upon delivery.
